All measurements are in cm and are approximate.
The “relaxed” measurement is the waist circumference of the trousers when the elastic band is not stretched (in its resting state).
The “stretched” measurement is the waist when the elastic is fully extended.
Measure your own waist circumference using a measuring tape around your waist (where you normally wear your trousers).
If your waist falls between the relaxed and stretched measurement of a given size, that size should fit you well.
